3 Healthy Foods that are making you FAT

I know that it can hard to navigate what’s healthy and what’s not these days. Especially because food companies love to “trick” you into thinking their products are healthy. The following are the 3 most common foods I see on food journals and people think they are healthy, but in reality they could be adding significantly to your waistline and destroying all hopes of a sexy midsection. Don’t say I didn’t tell you. 1. Diet Soda OK. I think I might go on a rant here. You were warned. Just because something has ZERO calories on the label doesn’t automatically mean it’s good for you (or that it’s even better for you than the alternative) and it definitely doesn’t mean you can eat or drink as much of it as you like. In fact, the opposite is often true, ESPECIALLY IF YOU SEE IT ON TV.* I am MUCH more suspicious of “diet” foods than I am of the full fledged versions. Usually, big food companies have to take out the thing that makes something taste good i.e. sugar or fat, and replace it with a chemicalized, highly processed, wholly unnatural ingredient to make up for it.
